Block Party for Labor Day

For Labor Day we had our own Parade!  We all got decorations for the kids and let them go to town decorating their bikes!  It was so much fun.  Then we had a little face paint we painted them and they painted us! hahahaha.  Growing up I always went to a big labor day parade.  My family is huge on unions because they both worked for them.  So labor day was kind of a big deal.  My mom also was in charge of the labor day parade for years when I was in middle school and high school so I guess it just brings back memories!

 Honestly the cutest pregnant person ever!  I love my neighbors they are all so adorable and fun!

 Mark even decorated his rip stick!!!! I love that he just jumps in and acts like one of the kids! (which I also hate sometimes!)

 After our "Parade" we had dinner at our friends house!  It was so funny and yummy!

 The parents were all brave and let their kids paint their faces.  The kids seriously thought it was so cool.

We had a great time.  I love our neighborhood it is so much fun.   We all get a long so well and the kids are all really good, we are so blessed to live on this street!

Rib Mt State Park

We have more visitors!  My best friend from Iowa came and spent time with us Labor day weekend!  It was so much fun we did a double date, went to the state park and hung out.

 she may be little but she is going to do what everyone else is doing!
