Fireworks!!!

We had fireworks Saturday and we were supposed to have some on Sunday too but they got rained out!! I am glad that we went to the Saturday ones so we were able to see some! It was fun the kids had fun catching fireflies and loved the light show in the sky. I think fireworks never get old, they are always fun to go watch. Then we had a yummy...but rainy cook out at my friend Nancy's the next day. I am so grateful to live in this country and I am so glad for the men and women who are brave enough to fight for all of our freedoms that we so frequently take for granted.

Beans Beans

We got to pick some of our beans. They were super yummy! From one of the other batches I even made some baby food for Bryners.. Jaylee loves picking stuff from the garden, now if I could keep the deer out it would be great! We have a doe that comes and gets into the garden ugh it makes me so mad!

Operation Eclipse 2

When Nancy asked her hubby if she could go to the movie again his funny little reply was "Operation Eclipse 2 is a go" what's so funny is he is in the service. SO Ofcourse we wore our little team shirts!! It was super fun.

Who knew that the adults are crazier than the teens!!!!

Water Works

It is so humid here!!! You can shower and get out and need another shower! So b/c of how hot it is we had to set up the pool and have some water fun. It's just a little pool but is sure does serve it's purpose. JJ and mark really enjoy teasing each other! And I am glad b/v then he isn't teasing me!

Car Show

I just thought this picture was funny. He is such a little man.

I love that there is almost always something going on here...It seems like every weekend there is something to do or see. These pics were from Sturgis Falls...they have a parade and different bands at different parks around the area...craft shows...kid zones all kind of fun stuff.

Love Family

I love finally living close to my family again...not that living by Mark's wasn't also great!!! I have just missed them so much! My parents came up for an afternoon to hang out!

Kool-Aid Tie Dye

Abby is one of JJ's little friends...she is mischiefs just like her!
Torie is JJ's new bestest friend....Aren't they adorable together. They live across the street so they get to play all the time! We love it.

A friend decided to do kool aid tie dye at her house..it was super fun. It was hard for me to keep Brecken from spraying other people...luckily it was just kool aid. So it was supposed to set from the vinegar and iron...but a few people said that there's washed out, needless to say I haven't washed ours yet.

Random

Tomato face..MJ likes to pick the cherry tomatoes and eat them...even though they are still green, they also have great use for balls and throwing at older sisters!

Raspberries

We heave raspberry plants in our backyard and the kids love to pick them! I am sure Brecken has probably ate a few bugs by now because he just goes back there and goes to town on them!

MJ's Girlfriend!

Meet Callie...she is like 4 foot nothin and Brecken is in LOVE with her!!! She is Torie's BF and has become really loved here! She is an amazing person!

Oh Baby

Playing nicely together again!! And MJ is even letting her be the mommy!

Mark found the kids some toads in our window wells and now they are obsessed! I finally made them let it go once it got let go in the house! Yuck I hate toads! I am so glad that the kids are so eager to get their hands dirty and touch them though!

"Oh Brneeeee" then he rubs his little face into hers. He almost always says OH before he says her name.

Bryn has such a beautiful spirit. Even when she was colicky I could feel her strength. When I hold her I am overcome with a strong sense of peace. She truly calms me. I love her so much and I am so grateful that Heavenly Father gave her to us. Jaylee is so grateful for her too! Whenever she says her prayers she says thank you for my little sister...sometimes she neglects to say thank you for her little brother but it's ok because I remind her!

Tent Time

It was super rainy for several days in a row so we decided to set up the tent to play in and even made smores. The kids loved it! It really helped because we were having such bad storms and under tornado watches...so I was trying to keep them occupied during the bad storms.

Playing Nice

I have to document every time that the kids play nicely together! I just love it. I know that I have expressed that before. They are both so sweet when they are separated but sometimes when they are together they just fight none stop...so I am hoping now as they are getting older that is ending. Because it is so sweet when they play nice.

Great Neighbors

So really we couldn't had been blessed with better neighbors! Papa helps out when he notices that the grass is getting a little to long...or in the winter when there is to much snow in the driveway! The kids really love them. And miss Torie is my great helper! I love that she is back from college! She helps out with the kids and is now trying to learn how to cook...so we let her use us as taste testers! Torie is so awesome and so honest she is like a lost sister. I love living next to them! I hope we can move them with us!
