St Patty's Day 2011

We had a very festive St. Patty's day!  We made leprechauns.  Had a puppet show with them.

 Then we made cookies to share with our friends.

Jaylee got to play with her BF Torie.  These girls LOVE Each other!  It is so cute.  They always want to have each other over for dinner or to play it's so funny.

   

 We delivered our yummy cookies...The kids went to Connie and Chucks and he thought they were so cute he had to take his own picture!

Silly Head

Here is my little silly girl.. She loves to empty out cupboards and wear all of the bowls.  You can tell by the grin on her face that she thinks she is sooo funny too!

Brecken's Favorite Gift

My mom got him criss cross crash..with the help of Mark picking it out!  And he is obsessed I finally had to put it away for awhile because the only thing I heard all day was cars crashing!  Mark loved playing with it as much as Brecken! 

Brecken Turned 3..

Well way back in March he turned 3!  My mom put together a party for him,  Breckens requests were balloons and candles that's all he wanted!  Oh and a cake with cars.

He was so excited to have plates with trains on them!  It was sooo cute he kept saying "oh these fo my birfday?"  I love his little voice.  He reminds me of the little rabbit on Robin Hood.

 Me and My little guy.  Brecken is a complete handful!  He is constantly climbing up things, dumbing things out, trying to fix things, really just always busy doing or making something..which to me is always a mess..to him it is playing.  Although I complain about it frequently to myself I love his little craziness.  It makes him to fun.  My new favorite thing is he says "Oh mom you give me snuggles?"  Seriously who can say no to that!

I am so thankful to have family close around.  It is so fun to get together with them all.

Chicago

Mark and I  got to spend the first weekend in March in Chicago together!  It was a blast!

 We went into the John Hancock Observatory.  It was so cool because you learned about all of the history of Chicago while being able to see it all!

 The best part of our visit is we could do whatever we wanted! It was great!  We started the trip by eating at Gioradano's the best pizza ever!  Then we spent several hours walking downtown going into all the malls!  We hit 3 H and M's in our walking distance and a Nordstrom Rack!  Seriously it was awesome!

 Out to eat and enjoying it!  We seriously love to eat and shop those are our favorite things, this mini trip was perfect for us!  well and Mark loves soccer but you can't do that downtown Chicago lol. 

 The Train..

It was so fun to be just us and be able to hold hands and just pay attention to each other!  I love Mark so much and I am so grateful for all that he does for our family.  I am also so grateful my mom watched the kids for us!

Dropping the Kids OFF

The first weekend in March I went down to my Mom's and dropped off my three little monkeys, so that I could meet Mark in Chicago for some aaaaaaalone time.  I  was so excited and nervous it was ridiculous.

There they all...waving goodbye to me!  And not a single one is crying!  That's when I turned up my music as loud as I could and decided to have some fun and stop worrying it was only two days!

JJ"s First Day of Tap..

This was way back in February..because I am so far behind!  She had a really fun day there wasn't any school and she played with big Torie and Andrew and Andrew's new hipster glasses!  Then she got to go to her new tap class.

 Jaylee and Miss Camille!  We go to Church with her and she is one of the most fun people I have ever met!  When Mark got to know her better he said "Um why don't you guys hangout more often?  Because you are both crazy!"  I thought that was pretty funny!  Jaylee loves the actual tap class, but because it requires me to pick her up from school and she can't ride the bus home on tap days she freaks out every tap day!  So that part sucks but after her class she is always like " I love tap so much!"  That's a girl for ya.

Spring Sing

This was Jaylee's first performance at School!  They sang their little hearts out.  I think that they were a bit nervous because the kids weren't singing very loud.  It was so cute to watch Jaylee sing and be embarrassed

Jaylee was so excited she had to pic k out her own clothes that morning and she was very specific how she wanted her hair!  It was so cute.  She said I want to be beautiful, and what I said..is "you are always beautiful !" and she gave me a big kiss I LOVED IT!

Cheer Picture

This is just so I have a picture of her at her cheer camp! I love how much this little girl loves to dance. If you ask her what she wants to be when she grows up she will tell you a Cheerleader. She will be so good at it too!

JJ's Cheer

Jaylee did a little cheer camp and then preformed during half time at the High School Basketball game!  It was so cute she is the tiny on the half court line!  I was holding Bryn and trying to keep Brecken from running away so it's a little crazy at times!  She was sooo into it!  I love her and how great she is at making new friends and having fun.

Valentines 2011

We had a fun laid back Valentines.  We went on a date the weekend before Valentines and had a lot of fun.  Mark and I have dated so much in the past year, it's so fun to bring that aspect back to our marriage!  I am so grateful for Torie, Grandma Connie and Lauren!  Without them we wouldn't be able to go out so much!  We love this place called Scratch they have super yummy cupcakes, so I thought it would be fun to surprise Mark with his favorites but I forgot they were closed!  And the funny part is he tried to do the same thing for me!  Well I got a bouquet of beautiful roses and Mark got JJ a rose!  Even Torie's boyfriend gave JJ a rose to make her feel special!  She LOVED it.  We made some yummy cake balls, they were soooo rich!  But delish!

 This is the awesome outfit Mark's mom made for the girls!  They got sooo many compliments at church and when we went to the store!  She is sooo talented.  And I got a little crazy with the photo shop, the coloring was all weird to start with.

Fun With a Box

We got a huge box of book from my book order, and the kids just loved playing in it!  So then I went and got a few more one for each child.  They seriously loved  them.

 Then once the fun was over we re invented the box!  Each of them made their very own car..When Jj was making hers our house was very hectic and I didn't take any pictures..oops.  Brecken made his during nap time.

 Then we had a drive in movie!

 Bryn only liked Breckens car..mainly because she loves irritating him!

The Hider

Bryn is a little hider!  She is always finding places to hide and camping out until someones comes and finds her.  She also loves to hide when she is pooping!  Maybe she will be easier to potty train than Brecken!

What's SO Funny

Jay is sooo much like me it's ridiculous!  When she gets tired she gets the giggles and laughs forever for no reason.  This was one of those nights!  She had been laughing for at least 2 minutes before I even got up to get the camera!  My favorite part is how she just abruptly stops!  Because I am her mom I think it's so funny.  I hope some of you enjoy it as well.

Pizza Night

The kids love to make pizza....Well Brecken just eats the cheese! Jaylee loves to actually do the rest.

Friends

I babysat for one of the residents for a few weeks while their nanny had a baby, so we had an extra 4,3 and 2 year old here for a while..it was slightly nuts!  We had fun though we made lots of crafts and forts and jumped in the bounce house.  Brecken loved having boys around because most of our playgroups it's all girls!

Super Bowl Sick Day

My kids both had a fever so we didn't end up going to our party..but Grandma Connie (neighbor) made us some yummy super bowl food and Torie and her Boyfriend came over and watched the game.  It was super chill but a lot of fun!

JJ's Testimony..

Jaylee loves to write on her easel!  She leave people little love notes and practices her words.  She wrote this one Sunday while I was getting everyone else ready:

I am really proud of her little testimony and the knowledge that she has and the love that she has for the savior.  I am proud that she is an amazing speller, she is only 5.5!  She amazes me everyday.  I love her so much, she has a very special and very tender place in my heart that is just hers.

I LOVE MY Neighbors!!!

Big Torie made the kids each a valentine cookie with there name on it!  That's Brecks finger picking his out!  The kids love her so much and so do I.  She always comes and play with the kids when she comes home from college..which is a lot this year :)  We really couldn't be more blessed we really do love them.
